Born on January 3, 2005, in Khowst, Afghanistan, Noor Ahmad developed a love for cricket inspired by the national team. Starting with tennis balls in his guest house, he honed his skills and entered the cricket scene through the 2019 Ahmad Shah Abdali Tournament and the 2019 Shpageeza Cricket League, earning Emerging Player of the Tournament. Representing Afghanistan’s U-19 squad at the 2020 World Cup, he garnered attention. Notable stints followed in global T20 leagues, including the 2020 CPL and 2020-2021 BBL. Noor Ahmad continued to shine in domestic cricket, featuring in the 2020 Ghazi Amanullah Khan Regional One Day Tournament and the 2021 PSL with Karachi Kings.
