We as a franchise have always been adamant to promote cricket in Pakistan as there is a lot of hidden talent throughout the country. Peshawar Zalmi has always been vocal to bring back cricket to the country as we believe grounds should be full of cricket lovers and players should play in front of their fans. Zalmi was successful to bring its foreign players to Pakistan in PSL Season 2. This year the whole league was held in Pakistan which is a huge step for the country, and we look forward to build upon this tremendous achievement.
One of the main goals of Peshawar Zalmi as a sporting entity is to find young raw talent and polish them for Pakistan's National Cricket team. We have held multiple talent hunt programs and organised cricket leagues on various levels to spot talented young cricketers. Zalmi players have been selected for the national team after their performances in PSL. We believe developmental challenges of Pakistan can be addressed through systematic and collaborative efforts from diverse stakeholders such as private sector, state institutions and civil society.
We aim to undertake impactful projects to harness the synergies amongst various developmental themes including but not limited to youth development, women empowerment, education, health, social activism and peace. While setting the tone for sports marketing in the country, we are working with global organisations like United Nations and UNICEF to improve the social circles.
